Shri Agrasen Vidyalaya is feeling immensely jovial to have received sweet fruits after that toil of 25 years. As you all know that session 2011-12 is our Silver jublee session. On this auspicious occasion one of our alumni Ankur Jain, son of Mr. Ashok Jain and Mrs. Alka Jain, has made us proud by reassociating with the school and recognizing the value of his roots. He studied in this school from Junior Montessori (1987) to X (1999) and later on went to Kota for preparation of IIT, as a result of which he got selected for IIT Bombay from where he completed his B.Tec. and M.Tech. in Computer Science. His AIR for IIT JEE was 144.That very year he got selected for Roorkee entrance test for which his AIR was 19.He is presently working for French Bank in Honkong.
After having accomplished his goal and being successful in his career he decided to donate some part of his earning. Having thought so, he got reminded of his own roots i.e. Shri Agrasen Vidyalay and decided to donate Rs. 50,000/- to the institution in the name of Smt. Maitreyi Padmanabhan madam who had created a long lasting impression over him. Since childhood he was very much impressed by her.
He wants to donate the amount for three spheres. One for the students who score well in Mathematics, another part should be spent on the teachers and last but not the least should be given to those students who are talented but they face problems during their studies because of financial limitations.
We are feeling greatly proud that one of our students is not only successful but he values what he has achieved and he renders a credit for the same to the institution as well.
